World Trade Center Constanta is proposed to be located on the seafront in the port area 3-4. The ensemble will accommodate: 36000sqm for commercial spaces, 14000sqm office spaces organized in two buildings of 8 floors each, a 4-star hotel for 200 rooms in an 8-level building, 2500sqm entertainment area, an institute of contemporary art and 4,000 parking spaces located on the last three underground levels. The ensemble also has the role of locally stabilizing the cliff against the risk of slipping towards the port.
