World Trade Center Constanta

World Trade Center Constanta is proposed to be located on the seafront in the area of ​​port gates 3-4. The complex is to accommodate: 36,000 sqm for commercial spaces, 14,000 sqm of office space organized in two 8-story buildings, a 4-star hotel for 200 rooms in an 8-story building, 2,500 sqm of entertainment area, a contemporary art institute and 4,000 parking spaces located on the last three underground levels. The complex also has the role of locally stabilizing the seafront against the risk of sliding towards the port.
