Colosseum Shoping Centre – Bucharest

Colosseum Shopping Centre is located in the North of Bucharest, at the exit to Chitila. In the first phase of the development of the shopping centre, three major retailers Carrefour, Leroy Merlin and Decathlon were invited, who were given 53,000 sqm of commercial space.

Services:

• Technical consultancy regarding the design of the load-bearing structure, utilities and access roads, monitoring of construction works for Phase 1 of the investment development;
• Strength-bearing structure design for three multi-storey car parks and one underground car park, DTAC phase, related to Phase 2 of the investment development.
